Each order comes with an order confirmation. This should be delivered swiftly by email, after you have successfully submitted and payed your order. If you do not see the order please check your 'spam' folder. The email has a title like "Thanks for shopping with us (#10004)". It also contains and order number. The email is send from the "no-reply@my.store-emails.com" account. Please add this to your safe contacts. Caution: do not reply to the emails, while these are not received by us. If you have purchased a DIGITAL version of a poster you can immediately download the file(s). If you have order any of the posters (framed, aluminum or acrylic) then please take into account that every order is made upon request. This means from them moment you have paid the creation of the product will take place. Offcourse this takes time. After production your order will be submitted to a delivery service. Depending on the closest production location, shipping will take somewhat 6 to 10 business days to be completed. If you have received your order confirmation there is nothing to worry about! You will receive a track-and-trace code for your order once the product is handed over to the delivery service. You will receive a email confirmation of that. After you can track your product up till delivery.
